250g cottage cheese (plain, 0%, or 20%, depending on your preference)
3 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Optional: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or lemon zest for flavoring
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the batter
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Mix well to avoid lumps.
