Creamy delight: Fish curry with coconut milk and lime
Ingredients :
600g white fish (cod, pollock)
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp yellow curry paste soup
400ml coconut milk
1 diced yellow pepper
Juice of half a lime
Sel, poivre
Fresh confetti

Vegetarian recovery: heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and chilli, then leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Preparation of the sauce: Incorporate the curry batter, pour in the coconut milk and leave to boil for 10 minutes.
Add the fish: cut the fish into pieces, add it to the sauce, salt, pepper and leave to cook for 5-10 minutes.
Finish: pour a drizzle of lime juice, garnish with coriander and serve with basmati rice.
