Ingredients:
Dry biscuits: 30
Mascarpone: 200 g
Fresh cream: 200 g
Milk chocolate: 200 g
Honey: 20 g
Wooden ice cream sticks: 15
Procedure:
Prepare the Mascarpone Cream:
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the honey.
Add the cream and whip the mixture until you obtain a smooth cream.
Fill the Biscuits:
Transfer the cream to a pastry bag with a smooth tip.
Fill the dry biscuits with the cream. Insert a wooden stick into the center of the cream and close with another biscuit.
