Heavenly Cherry Pistachio Cheesecake Bars

 Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream until fully combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
Dollop the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.
