Beef Lo Mein

 Ingredients:
– 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 8 ounces lo mein noodles
– 1 cup chopped onion
– 1 cup chopped green pepper
– 1 cup chopped carrots
– 1/2 cup chopped celery
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup beef broth
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Toss to coat.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the meat and cook until browned on all sides. Remove beef from pan and set aside.
3. Add noodles to pan and cook according to package directions. Remove noodles from pan and set aside.
4. Add onion, green chili, carrots, and celery to pan and cook until softened.
5. Mix soy sauce, beef broth, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and boil for 5 minutes.
6. Add beef and noodles to pan and toss to combine.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
