 Ingredients:
Lasagna Sheets: 12, cooked al dente
Bolognese Sauce 3 cups, rich and meaty
Ricotta Cheese: 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups, shredded
Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
Egg: 1, beaten
Fresh Parsley: chopped, for garnish
Salt and Pepper: to taste
Directions:
Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to create your cheese filling.
Assemble Rolls: Lay out the cooked lasagna sheets on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Bolognese sauce on each sheet, then top with the cheese mixture. Carefully roll the sheets from one end to the other.
