❗Ingredients:
For the Trout:
4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for spiciness) Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 lemon, thinly sliced
For Garnish: Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped Lemon wedges Instructions Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the trout, inside and out.
