Ingredients
â 2 cups potatoes, cut into medium-sized cubes.
â Sumac.
-A quarter cup of mayonnaise.
â Chopped pepper (as desired).
â A quarter cup of tahini.
â 2 cups of eggplant (peeled and cut into cubes).
â 4 crushed garlic cloves.
â Finely chopped parsley, a quarter cup.
â Lemon juice (as desired).
