What You Need: Amount of Ingredient
The pearl onions, frozen Eighteen ounces
Three teaspoons of butter
Three tablespoons of flour
Half a cup of vegetable broth and heavy cream 1/4 cup of nutmeg grated Parmesan cheese (½ teaspoon) and half a cup
