Ingredients:
Arugula
Chopped apple
Chopped walnuts
Dijon mustard vinaigrette (made by whisking together olive oil, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the arugula, chopped apple and chopped walnuts.
Drizzle with dijon mustard vinaigrette and toss to evenly coat.
Serve and enjoy your apple walnut salad with arugula and dijon vinaigrette!
Note: You can also add some crumbled blue cheese or sliced red onion to give more flavor to your salad.
