- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar

- 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut (for topping)

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Cake
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix the Cake Batter:
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, shredded coconut, drained crushed pineapple (reserve the juice for later), coconut milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined and smooth, about 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer or whisk.
- Bake the Cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
