Ingredients:

1 kilogram beef chunks (preferably brisket or short ribs)
⅓ cup soy sauce
Juice of ½ sliced lemon
Ground black pepper (to taste)
5 cloves garlic, minced

2 carrots, sliced into chunks
2 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 large green bell pepper, sliced into strips

180g tomato sauce
1 beef broth cube
