1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center to fit the Brie.
2. Place the Brie in the bread bowl and top with dried cranberries, fresh thyme, and drizzle with honey.
3. Brush the outer edges of the bread with olive oil.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the Brie is melted and gooey.
5. Serve warm, dipping pieces of the bread into the melted Brie.
