Method:
Clean the fish: Cut the squid into rings and clean the prawns (removing the head and intestines).
Prepare the breading: In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, marjoram, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, lemon zest and pepper. Add the chopped courgettes, pepper and onion.
Combine the ingredients: Mix well and add the squid and prawns, then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook: Spread the mixture on a baking tray and cook in a static oven at 190 °C for 15 minutes, until golden.
