Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Melt 150g chocolate with the butter.
Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar for 4-6 minutes.
Mix the chocolate with the eggs. Sift the cocoa powder into the mixture and mix well. Add the chopped chocolate and mix until incorporated.
Refrigerate for 6-8 minutes. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 8-9 minutes. Leave to cool before removing from the tray
