For the Cupcakes:

For the Caramel Filling:

1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Buttercream Frosting:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
