Preparation:
1. First prepare the ragù, you can follow the ingredients indicated above or prepare it as you prefer.
2. Also prepare the béchamel sauce and all the other ingredients.
3. At this point start assembling your dish.
4. Then start with a layer of oil, béchamel and ragù.
5. Then stuff the cannelloni with ragù and scamorza.
6. Form the various layers and bake at 180° for 50 minutes (last 5 on the grill).
