CARAMEL FLAN

 Ingredients:
▪️100 g sugar
▪️750 ml milk
▪️4 eggs
▪️90 g sugar
▪️1 vanilla pod
▪️1 pinch of salt

Method:
1. First melt the sugar in the pan and pour it into the mold, let it cool.
2. Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt.
3. Then add the hot milk and mix.
4. Finally add the vanilla, mix and filter the mixture into the mold.
5. Immerse the mold in a pan with water and cook at 160º for 2 hours.
