Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna with Ranch Drizzle
Ingredients:
– 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
– 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
– 1 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 container (16 oz) ricotta cheese
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 cups ranch dressing, divided
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven:
– Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Prepare the buffalo chicken:
– In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well-coated. Set aside.
3. Make the ricotta mixture:
– In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, 1 cup ranch dressing, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth.
