1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate:
In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, stirring until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
2️⃣ Beat the Eggs:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and frothy.
3️⃣ Add the Chocolate:
Add the melted chocolate to the eggs and mix well until completely incorporated.
4️⃣ Add the Flour:
Sift the flour and incorporate it into the mixture, mixing gently until you obtain a smooth dough.
5️⃣ Pour into the Mold:
Transfer the mixture into a previously buttered and floured cake tin. Level the surface with a spatula.
6️⃣ Baking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Check the cooking: the cake must be soft in the center!
7️⃣ Cool and Decorate:
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the mold. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
