Christmas Red Velvet Poke Cake
Once the cake is out of the oven, use a wooden utensil handle or similar object to poke holes all over the cake, about 1 inch apart.
Make the Pudding Filling:
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened.
Pour the Pudding Over the Cake:
Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, making sure to pour it into the holes as much as possible. Spread it evenly and gently press the pudding into the holes using the back of a spoon.
