Fry the Funnel Cakes:
Pour the batter into a funnel or squeeze bottle. Hold your finger over the spout to control the flow.
Drizzle the batter into the hot oil in a circular motion, forming a spiral shape. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Use tongs to carefully remove the funnel cake from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Dust the warm funnel cakes with powdered sugar before serving.
