Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and melted butter until smooth. Stir in sour cream, shredded cheddar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Add Corn and Muffin Mix:
Fold in the drained sweet corn, cream-style corn, and Jiffy corn muffin mix. Mix gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
Transfer to Baking dish:
Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake the casserole:
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Cool and Serve:
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
