Here’s a recipe for a creamy white chocolate mousse that’s indulgent, velvety, and perfect for pairing with cakes, fruits, or enjoying on its own!

Ingredients:

  • 200g (7 oz) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk (whole milk works best)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar for a vegetarian version)
  • 3 tbsp warm water

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Gelatin:

  • In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom (absorb water and swell).
  • After 5 minutes, gently heat the gelatin in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or over a double boiler to dissolve it completely. Set it aside to cool slightly.

2. Melt the White Chocolate:
