In a bowl, mix the caper with parmesan, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs in another bowl.
Dip each chicken fillet in the beaten egg, then coat them with capers.
Place them on a baking tray, drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is golden and crispy.
Serve immediately, with homemade chips or creamy mash.
Tip :
For a spicier side, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cap!
