Prepare the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 20-24 meatballs.
Brown the Meatballs (Optional):
For extra flavor, brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. This step is optional but will add a deeper flavor to the meatballs.
Add to Crock Pot:
Place the meatballs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a separate bowl, combine French onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour the mixture over the meatballs in the Crock Pot.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
Serve:
Optionally, sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top of the meatballs during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve the meatballs with sauce over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
