**Ingredients:**
β 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
β 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
β 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
β 1 large onion, diced
β 1 large green bell pepper, diced
β 3 celery stalks, diced
β 3 cloves garlic, minced
β 2 cups chicken broth
β 1 cup long-grain white rice
β 2 tsp Creole seasoning
β 1 tsp dried thyme
β 1 tsp dried oregano
β Salt and pepper to taste
