Pastured Eggs (Type #1)
The darker the yolk, the more nutrients it typically contains. This richness usually results from the healthier, more varied diet of free-range hens, which includes corn, grain, and the occasional bug or vegetable. Pastured eggs are the most nutritious of the three types.
