Prepare the Fish:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse and pat dry the fish. Make 2-3 diagonal cuts on each side of the fish.
Season the Fish:
Drizzle olive oil over the fish, rubbing it inside and out.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Place lemon slices inside the cavity of the fish.
