Fluffy oats and chocolate

INGREDIENTS FOR 10/12
– 2 eggs
– 30g of sugar
-100 g de compote
-100g of mixed oatmeal
– 20g of oat flour
– 1 bag of yeast
– 120ml of vegetable or cow milk
– 80 grams of chocolate chips

PREPARATION

1-Mix in a salad bowl the dry ingredients (mixed oats, yeast, sugar, flour) and in another the liquid ingredients (eggs, milk, compote).
2- Then transform into each other. Mixing it up well.
3- Add the chocolate chips and mix one last time.
4-Spread dough into muffin molds (pre-oiled or buttered if needed), filled 3/4s.
5-Bake at 180° for 15 to 20 minutes. 6-Once baked, let cool before forming
