Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
