Instructions:
Prepare the Pancake Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cook the Beef Filling:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are soft.
Season with paprika, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another minute. Set aside.
Make the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it. Pour a ladleful of batter to form a medium-sized pancake. Cook for 2 minutes on one side until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Assemble the Dish:
Place a pancake on a plate, add a generous spoonful of the ground beef filling, and sprinkle some shredded cheese. Fold or roll it up.
Serve and Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm with sour cream or a dipping sauce of your choice.
