INGREDIENTS2 courgettesSalt2 eggs100 g (1/2 cup) of yoghurt60 g (1/2 cup) of flourOil for frying
METHOD
Cut the courgettes into circles. Transfer them to the bowl, season with salt and mix well with your hands. Cover with foil and set aside for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, yoghurt, season with salt and mix. Add the flour and mix well.
Coat the zucchini with the flour and then pass them in the egg mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
