Hearty Pinto Bean & Green Chile Beef Soup

Salt and black pepper to taste

Garnish: shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, or sour cream

Method:

Prepare Beef: In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.

Sauté Aromatics: Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.

Combine Ingredients: Add pinto beans, green chiles, tomatoes, broth, and spices. Stir everything together.

Cook to Perfection: Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20–25 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with cheese, cilantro, or sour cream, and serve hot!
