Fill a plastic bag halfway with vinegar.
Place the shower head in the plastic bag and secure it with a tie.
Leave the shower head to soak overnight.
The next morning, remove the bag and scrub the shower head with a toothbrush.
Finally, open the tap and let the water run for a few minutes.
Vinegar is one of the most effective ingredients for removing mineral residues that are the main cause of clogged showerhead holes.
To clean a removable shower head :
Remove it from its place and place it under running water, but in reverse (the holes must be facing the water jet).
Rinse until any surface residues of limescale and dirt are removed.
Soak the shower head in a container filled with vinegar overnight.
The next day scrub with a toothbrush, then rinse as done in point 1.
