Ingredients:
For the shortcrust pastry:
250 g flour
125 g cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
2 to 3 tablespoons cold water
For the quiche mixture:
3 eggs
200 ml thick crème fraîche or single cream
100 ml milk
