Preparation :
Caramelizing the Apples: Cut the apples into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan, add the apples and sugar, then let it caramelize. Leave to cool.
Assembly: Using a cookie cutter, cut out rounds of foie gras. Add a layer of caramelized apples on top.
Final assembly: Place each tatin on a biscuit and serve chilled.
