- Hydrate the colorless gelatin according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
- Place the roasted peanuts in a blender and grind until you get a fine powder. Set some aside for decoration at the end!
- Add the whole milk, condensed milk, cream and hydrated gelatin to the blender along with the crushed peanuts. Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mousse into glasses or a large container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Decorate with crushed peanuts and serve chilled!
