No-Bake 3-Ingredient Milk Pudding Dessert!

  1. Hydrate the colorless gelatin according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
  2. Place the roasted peanuts in a blender and grind until you get a fine powder. Set some aside for decoration at the end!
  3. Add the whole milk, condensed milk, cream and hydrated gelatin to the blender along with the crushed peanuts. Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Pour the mousse into glasses or a large container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Decorate with crushed peanuts and serve chilled!
