1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter and flour a cake tin.
2️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bath or microwave, stirring regularly until smooth.
3️⃣ Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes white.
4️⃣ Add the melted chocolate-butter mix and mix well.
5️⃣ Combine the sifted flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until you get a smooth batter.
6️⃣ Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold them into the mixture.
7️⃣ Pour half of the mixture into the pan, then spread the Nutella over the entire surface.
8️⃣ Cover with the rest of the mixture and smooth the surface.
9️⃣ Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpaste inserted in the center comes out clean.
