Pastry au gratin with melting cheese
Creamy baked grated pasta: The Comforting Dish of ExcellenceÂ
Ingredients:
1 pastry
150g grated cheese (emmental or comté)
200ml liquid cream
1 clove of garlic
Sel, poivre
Persil
Preparation:
Baking Pastiera: Cut the pasta into pieces after removing the seeds. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Preparation of the gratin: Place the pasta in a dish, add the cream, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix it.
Grater: Cover with cheese and cook at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
