1 refrigerated pie crust package (or homemade dough)
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Shape the Crust: Roll out pie crusts and cut into 2-inch circles. Press the circles into a greased mini muffin tin to form little cups.
Make the Filling: Combine eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in the pecans until evenly coated.
Fill the Cups: Spoon the pecan mixture into each crust, filling about ¾ full.
Bake & Cool: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until the filling sets and crust turns golden. Let cool before removing.
