PINEAPPLE CRUNCHES

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and crushed graham crackers. Stir well until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped nuts.
  5. Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
