First prepare a pudding with the milk, sugar and custard and cover it with cling film so that a skin does not form.

Now dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and mix it with 4 tablespoons of sugar, then mix the egg yolk with the oil and add to the milk mixture. Then put the flour, yeast, salt in a bowl, add the warm milk and oil mixture and work until you get a dough.
Immediately form a roll with the dough on the work surface and cut it into uniform pieces. Roll out each piece lengthwise with a rolling pin and make 7 vertical cuts at the top end. Put a little custard on the bottom and roll it up.
Now place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush it with the beaten egg and bake at 170° for 15-20 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle with icing sugar. Finish!
