Puff pastry with mushrooms and ham

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2️⃣ Clean and chop the mushrooms, then return them to the pan with a little olive oil until golden. Book yourselves.
3️⃣ In the same pan, mix the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
4️⃣ Add the cooked mushrooms and diced ham to the pan, then season with salt, pepper and chopped fresh parsley. Let it boil for a few minutes.
5️⃣ Add the sour cream to the pan and mix well until all the ingredients are well coated.
6️⃣ Roll the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7️⃣ Spread the mushroom and ham mixture over half of the puff pastry, leaving a loose edge.

8️⃣ Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
9️⃣ Fold the other half of the puff pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
🔟 Wash the bouncy surface with a beaten egg for a beautiful golden brown.
1️⃣1️⃣ Bake puff pastry for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
