Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick or baking mix. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
3️⃣ Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
5️⃣ Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is!
Notes:
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or paprika to the mixture.
These sausage balls freeze well! Simply freeze before baking and add a few minutes to the baking time when cooking from frozen.
