Ingredients:
250 g pork loin
50 g diced bacon
slices of bacon
sausages
a knob of butter
rosemary, sage
30 ml white wine
2 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Arrange the loin slices and stuff them with bacon and pepper.
Roll the loin slices and wrap them in bacon.
Melt the butter in a pan with the garlic.
Then add the rosemary and the rolls.
Brown them and deglaze with the white wine.
