Pour some baking soda into a bucket of water, spray it on the floor and scrub between the grout using the sponge. Finally, wash the floor as you normally would, making sure to remove any baking soda residue and dirt from the grout.
If the dirt that has accumulated in the grout is more difficult to remove , you can try cleaning by mixing two parts ammonia and water. Wearing gloves, dampen a cloth in the solution and rub between the grout. Remember that ammonia is a highly abrasive and toxic product. Wear gloves and a mask.
