Ingredients
6 slices of bread
6 slices of cheese
6 slices of bacon
4 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley and green onion, chopped
100 grams hunter sausages, chopped
100 grams cheese (divided into two parts)

Directions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Set the Temperature: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Preheating ensures that the sandwiches cook evenly and develop a nice, golden-brown crust.
2. Assemble the Sandwiches:
Bread and Cheese: Lay out 6 slices of bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place a slice of cheese on each piece of bread. The cheese acts as a delicious, melty layer that will hold everything together.
Bacon Layer: Add a slice of bacon on top of each cheese slice. Bacon adds a rich, smoky flavor that complements the cheese perfectly.
Top with Bread: Cover each bacon and cheese layer with another slice of bread, creating a sandwich.
3. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
Whisk the Eggs: Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and black pepper. The egg mixture will help create a crispy, golden exterior for the sandwiches.
Dip the Sandwiches: Carefully dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are well-coated. This step is key to achieving a beautiful crust on the sandwiches.
4. Add Toppings and Bake:
Top with Parsley, Green Onions, and Sausages: Place the sandwiches back on the baking tray. Sprinkle chopped parsley, green onions, and the chopped hunter sausages over the top. These ingredients add freshness and extra flavor to the sandwiches.
First Cheese Layer: Divide the 100 grams of cheese into two parts. Add half of the cheese on top of the sandwiches. This cheese layer will melt beautifully as the sandwiches bake.

Bake: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, sprinkle the remaining cheese over the sandwiches and continue baking until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
