Procedure
Preparation of the Filling:
Crumble the feta in a bowl. Add the parmesan, yogurt (or ricotta), egg, mint, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well and put the mixture in the fridge.
Preparation of the Filo Pastry:
Take a roll of filo pastry and cut a piece. Unroll it and brush the strip with a little extra virgin olive oil.

At the base of the filo pastry strip
