Turn the oven on high heat (375 degrees). Arrange the bacon on a rack and set it atop a baking sheet coated with aluminum foil. Grill the bacon for 20 minutes or until it becomes crispy.
Set the bacon aside to cool after taking it out of the oven.
Make sure the puff pastry doesn’t rise too much while baking by rolling it out and scoring it all over with a fork. Pour half of the maple syrup over the top and sprinkle with half of the brown sugar.
Crumble the bacon into small pieces and top with the crumbled bacon. Pour over the rest of the maple syrup and top with the rest of the brown sugar.

Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool a little bit before using a pizza cutter to cut it into triangles that are bite-sized.
